I have been home brewing Kombucha for over 20 years now and often asked how I get the brew to taste so consistently good.
In this workshop I am going to share my techniques so you can get brewing yourself. Find out how easy and hassle free it really is.
I will have at least 12 different flavours to taste and try.
Take home a Scoby with some mother brew, and a pack of the tea that I found makes the best brew in my experience.
Fresh homemade healthy snacks will be provided as come hungry! (All recipes will be provided in a handout.)
Available for purchase on the night will be the beautiful 'The Big Book of Kombucha' by Hannah Crum.
